What a great weekend! Saturday night provided perfect weather for the 1st Northern Spark Fest in Minneapolis, and we’re honored to be part of it. Thanks a lot to the festival, Jennifer and the Burnet Gallery, and everyone that came. It was thrilling to see so many people actively hopping from exhibit to exhibit, especially those that came to our 5am set. If you missed any or all of our 4 performances we will be posting some videos shortly.
One our favorite summer time songs has to be Primal Scream’s ode to drugs Higher Than The Sun. Check out Chris Davenport’s colorful odyssey created especially for the Screamadelica Live tour.
In collaboration with Alexa Horochowski, the Burnet Gallery, and Le Méridien Chambers Minneapolis we have developed an original four-part music and video experience entitled Living Cloud Cave inspired by Alexa’s Cloud Cave exhibit. ”Living Cloud Cave” will take place June 4th-5th at the Burnet Gallery at Le Méridien Chambers Minneapolis as part of the Northern Spark Fest. The live performaces will be at 11pm, 1am, 3am, 5am. Admission is free so come on down and freak out with us at this all-nighter!
Artifact Shore’s title track Instruments of the Devil is featured on the CD compilation Tapper 25 that comes free with the April issue of the UK magazine Wire. It is now available where fine music magazines are sold.
